From this quick plan to your entrance sign

The sign itself is what your guests meet at the reception entrance: one large display that tells every person where to sit. Once your seating plan is finished in the editor, the sign is generated from it automatically — no retyping names, no copying table numbers by hand. Any change you make to the plan carries over, so the display always matches the seating you actually settled on.

You can order the sign two ways: alphabetically, so guests scan for their own last name and read the table number beside it, or by table, grouping every party under its table heading. Either version can be shared with your venue or planner, then printed and exported for the big day.
